We are committed to protecting your rights and being transparent about how RoadRolls operates. These policies govern your use of our platform across Rwanda.
RoadRolls ("we", "our", "us") is a carpooling platform operating across Rwanda, governed under the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use our mobile application and website (collectively, the "Platform").

RoadRolls uses a code-based payment system. When a ride is confirmed, the app provides a unique MTN Mobile Money (MoMo) code or Airtel Money code to the rider to make payments.
How it works: Once your ride is booked and confirmed, RoadRolls provides a MoMo code or Airtel Money code within the app. The rider enters this code in their MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money app to complete payment before or at the time of the ride.
Cash Payments Are Not Permitted. All ride contributions must be paid using the MoMo or Airtel Money code provided by the RoadRolls app. Cash, bank transfers, and any other payment method are strictly prohibited and will not be covered by our dispute resolution process.
If your payment code fails, the transaction does not go through, or you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact us immediately at billing@roadrolls.rw or call +250 (788) 329-223. Only transactions completed via our code review and refund.
RoadRolls provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Rwandan law:
